is the car on when your testing them?

sometimes if a car has an aftermarket hid system one light will turn purple etc etc
you need to have the car running then turn them on

if it STILL flickers... check all the connections
DO NOT UP ANY FUSES anywhere

properly grounded....connections are fully plugged in, no crimps in wires... connections aren't dirty etc etc

Stupid question....are your Highbeams on? I bet this is a low beam only kit, and if thats the case if you had your high beams on nothing would work.

Also, its a cheap kit.

grind down the area (or sanding)
there should be NO PAINT where you drill the ground to the car
OR if its a ring
use a bolt.... that say...holds to the frame
