What could be the problem??

 

Looks to me like the slave cylinder it leaking not the tranny.

Take off the two bolts(12mm), and inspect the slave cylinder, it comes off easily.

the slave is leaking , the bolts only go into the bell housing so there is nothing in there to leak out ,
