83 mm sleeve

I have read that the max bore in a b18a is 82mm, beyond that limit it is not a safe setup.

So, is there some aftermarket sleeve set for a b18a to get 83mm bore out of it? Is there any online shop who sell this?

I forgot to say, i'm not going turbo.

Is it unsafe in a N/A setup?
