b16 timing issue Help?

Default b16 timing issue Help?

I need some help fellas i have a b16 with adjustible camgears car ran good but it started leaking coolant from water pump so i decide to change the water pump. put every thing back alined all the points now car wont start it starts stays on for a while but it sounds like its boggin then i just turn it off checked spark plugs & spark plugs are filled with oil. could this mean that timing is really messt up maybe different issue?? Oil in the spark plugs shouldn't be timing related. Is it dripping down ur plugs or actually soaked all inside ur cylinders? Likely it's ur spark tube seals, they're little rubber gaskets that are on the bottom of ur valve cover to keep oil out, maybe when u put the valve cover back on one or more fell off. If they are there then ] try and replace them, it's really cheep and the usual fix for this problem.
