vtec works for 10 mins then stops.
motor is filled with oil
no ecu codes thrown
changed vtec pressure switch
and vtec solenoid brand new today
my car hits vtec 1 time
then stops and will not work again till after i turn the car off or restart.
no oil leaks
never seen this before

 

sounds like you might have a faulty ecu....check the ecu and also check your vtec wiring to make sure there arent any loose, or stripped wires

 

done that there are no lose wires and i have 3 ecu,s and they all work

 

sounds to me like there could be oil pressure problems...

 

so what should i do change the oil pump

 

I hope that isn't necessary....do you have a helms manual?

check the vtec problems flowchart, there are methods of diagnosing if you have enough oil pressure....that requires an oil pressure guage though...
