No one can tell you how many turns to make. It depends on what RPM YOU want your engine to idle at.
Get your car warmed up to normal operating temperature.
Turn the screw little by little while checking the RPM.
Set to desired RPM at idle.

the thing is that if i let my car idle at 900RPM, the car bogs, it needs to be like at 1500RPM or so....i think my ECU is bad....im running a p14 on my h22

Dont you have to unplug that one sensor prior to adjusting?
