Default idle scree adjust

does anybody know how to perfectly adjust the idle screw on an h22a1 motor....i close it completely by doing a couple turns clockwise....to open it, i have to make counter-clockwise turns...how many full counter-clockwise turns should i make to open it?

No one can tell you how many turns to make. It depends on what RPM YOU want your engine to idle at.

Get your car warmed up to normal operating temperature.
Turn the screw little by little while checking the RPM.
Set to desired RPM at idle.

In that case, adjusting this screw will not solve your problem.
Fix the issue, then adjust idle.

Dont you have to unplug that one sensor prior to adjusting?

If your running a p14 on a H22 that is your problem. You need a p13
