ok so i thought i had it all figured out. i got a 90 rs integra. I also got a 96 gsr motor. so i got a obd1 disributor, the obd1 to obd0 ecu jumper harness, and the obd1 to obdo distributor harness. and I assumed the ls intake mani would work (and was told so) but it doesn't line up right. I got the obd2 wiring harness and intake mani also. so my question is what should I do now? any ideas?

 

Well, no, the LS intake manifold will not bolt up to the GSR head. My brother did this swap and saved himself the headache by buying a skunk2 intake manifold or you can buy and single running manifold, that way you can use a p28 chipped with either crome,uberdata,neptune or hondata. Just save up the money for the manifold and you will thank me.
