Default Surging Idle

Searched found nothing
Motor LS/vtec B16 head
Idle is surgeing between 1100 to 2000
Sometimes settles to 1100 randomly
idle control screw I turned down as low as it will go still idles at 1100
IACV might be from LS would that matter
Checked air bubbles in radiator
Checked vacuum lines
No Codes..
What else to check?

look right under your throttle body if you see a valve there with two cooling looking lines going in and out of it that is your fast idle valve take the backing plate off of it it should be two screws/8 mm's once you have done that there will either be a flat head screw in there or a white ring with two slots in it make sure you screw that in tight then put it all back together and start your car hope that works for you.

If your FITV is in a rough shape, it'll cause idle surges even once the car is warmed up.
