My vent keeps blowing fuses!!!!??
ok...i have a couple of questions....first one:
about two weeks ago my air vent started blowing fuses..i have no idea why...its not whenever my a/c is on either. i replaced the 7.5A fuse with a 10A fuse and as soon as i turned my air on it blew that fuse...could this be from a bad fan or failing electrical wiring or what?
second question....:
my abs light stays on now and my manuel says that means i have no abs...why did this go out too? Is it in relation to the fuse blowing culprit ive yet to identify?
thanks for your time..pz.

My helms show that 7.5 amp fuse powers the heater control panel, the compressor clutch relay, condenser fan relay, and radiator fan relay.
I thought all g3 gsr's had abs. I don't know about the second question.

Yeah you have ABS, did you check the codes by counting the flashes when you turn the key on.. not start just on it should blink that is the code,.....
As for your fuse its probly a short or possably a bad switch...

its not spitting any codes out......my g3 teg comes with abs but it says in the manual that if your abs light comes on and stays on then you dont have abs.....my light just started staying on about two weeks ago....i dont want to take it anywhere and get something done to it that i could probably do myself though, but i THINK the two malfunctions are going hand in hand with each other....not sure yet.
I think that piece from the manual means your abs has completely malfunctioned. So you have abs, but it is not working. For the abs, short the little plug that you short for timing. I think it is green, under the glove compartment, or under the kick panel. Don't touch the brake, and put the ignition to on. Count the blinks on the abs light. Should go long, long, short, short etc. The long and shorts give you a 2 digit code. Codes are seperated with a 3.6 second pause if there are more than one. In my example the code would have been 22. Post your count.
The connector has two sides on it. I normally short it with a bent staple. You can try a paperclip, but they are normally to fat to get in there.

Look under your hood, on the passenger side. You should see something that looks like this
(Ignore the ballast)
That is your abs. The thing with all the lines coming out of it.
