i kow this is a hard question but in tired of looking & finding nothing wrong so ill se what u peepz have 2 say.

well when u drive on the street u can hear a little nosie with the rotation on the drive line. it sounds like a drom typ sound or something wobbling but not loosly just tilted or something.
i took the tranny apart twice all the bearings & gears look good quaif looked ok. just put in the new 5.9 axels changed wheel bearings as well. so i know it something with the tran or maybe half shaft.

it doesnt get louder the faster u go to 2 much. if your cruzing in gear on the gas u cant hear it so much get off the gas u hear it more put it in nutral & cruze u hear it the best. sometime shifting from gears u hear the shound get louder right when u shift slow when it does into gear?
any ideas cause its starting to worry me.
on another note it didnt start till i striped the diff gear on the countershaft ( gsr with stock gears quaif) but i changed it out changed 3-4 gear syncros. took the trans apart 2wice didnt figure out what happend. i only broke 2 teeth off the countershaft so its not like i mutalated the thing & it didnt hurt any other gears. i did only find 1 of the teeth but it might have fell somewhere i dont know,
any ideas. long thread but it all should be thier

 

WilD Guess, Torque the countershaft Nut correctly??? Maby it would do something like this, but doubtful
Woring noise seems to me like a wheel bearing but you changed all of them??

well i changed out the disk & didnt see anything wrong, but after saying that sometimes when i put it into reverse now it grinds as if the clutch isnt disingaged. u have to stop sit for a few sec then shift to revers, if u just stop shift u get a grind
