Default Is this a good buy? suggestion please!

Hi everyone. I know someone who wants to sell the 95 ex auto 4dr accord for 1800 that has 190K miles on it. Is this a good buy? Also, when I test drove it today, both of the fans was on and running while the engine not even warmed up yet. Is this normal for accords?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The cooling fans will run if the A/C is on, or it could be the sensor is bad, no big deal really. if the trans was shifting okay I'd say it sounds like a decent price.

fans might be hard wired to run constant if the car has a cooling issue. let the car idle while you talk to the seller n check the temp. periodically.also ask questions about it.connections for the fans are on the right by the a/c(can see it if you look close and under the coolant bottle on the left) check out the connections n see if theres anything that dosnt look factory n ask about it.

Yeah, I got my 95 ex 5spd with 150k for 3600, then about 5 months later I get a blown head gasket! But for 1800 I'd get it.
