ehh necessary parts?

im putting my stock manifold on my exhaust and was wondering if need these Left and Right stays for bolting on the manifold, and if i would need the heat shield that bolts onto the block?

You should be alright without it but I would install the heat shield to keep the heat away from other components.

the one touching the block or the above the manifold, cause im getting the that covers the manifold
