cranking no start on b16a.....help...

Default cranking no start on b16a.....help...

ok hers the story...was driving and car just died at a stop sign and would not start so i get it to my house and start checking connectors and what not and i find out i have no spark, is there a way to check the distrubitor? i tryed grounding out one of the plugs but i didnt see any spark....thanks and no stupid comments

same happened to me once... alternator belt tore off somewhere, so i was running off the battery.


it would crank, but not turn over.

i checked the belts and there fine, i will go check on the timing belt, but i think its becuse of no spark...

open the dizzy cap see if the rotor fell off happens all the time, also check the alternator sol fuse. its the 10amp fuse between two 15 amp fuses in the top left of the fuse box

ok i fixed it!!!! it was the coil.. i had a extra obd0 distrubitor from my other crx that i converted to obd1 so i switched the coils out and started right up..good thing i dont throw away my old parts...
