yeah yeah yeah... so last night we forgot to take the deck off in my car. I have accidentally left the deck on before other nights, and nothing happened. I have lived at my place for over a year.. and last night, some idiot thieves decided to break into my car and cause this much damage for a stereo that is going to sell for $50...

no.. that's the sad thing.. it was like the most basic alpine deck you could get.. it was not even worth going thru all that trouble to jack it.. whoever wanted it was desperate. dumbasses..

welp... either the person who broke into your car was a amauter or really hated you or your car... but i think that person is african american (no offense to you guys here)... cuz usually black people alway break the rear side window... if he was asia or mexican they'll flex your window... and wont do that much of a mess... and take your car with it too... but i dont know about white... so yea... just be happy they didnt take your car...

 

i feel your pain, they through a brick through my passenger side window damaging my driver side interior panel, then ripped and smashed out my center panel for my broken sony cd player, but thankfully didnt check my trunk for my infinity basslink. damn them.

this reminds me...my parents used to have a chevy astro van and someone stole the at least 5-6 y/o clarion deck in which was busted as expletive, wouldnt even play radio or cd's. my dad laughed his *** off when he found out

 

thank goodness I got comprehensive added to my policy back in march. Otherwise, I would be completely screwed. I mean it is still very upsetting... and for the next few days I get to drive around with a door that is part open and a broken window. I really wanna move out of my current neighborhood. oh, and the stereo was a gift.

damn.. i got an estimate today at honda.. they estimated $3600 worth of damage.. Honestly, everything could be replaced for $500..

wow that about the price of the car. Surprise the insurance company didnt just total it out

 

they will probably total it out my friends car got broken into a few months back they tore up his heater controls just like yours........ fucked up his door .......and stabbed his seats with a screw driver and fucked up his column

 

some thieves broke in my rex to jack a $25 pyramid CD headunit...
didnt care much for the headunit..wat pissed me off was they broke my damn driverside window and them jacking ****.....

 

Sucks to hear man, but a little peice of advice for you. If you really don't want to get an alarm, buy an eclipse cd player. The eclipse is a very nice unit and comes with ESN (Eclipse Security Network) It has saved me a couple break ins and thieves also just left alone when they stole the rest of my system.
