No tech at all. I just wanted to gloat.

This morning I spoke to my mom on MSN. They moved to France a while ago, and she is looking for a new car. She has a shitty old Fiat now, that needs to die.

So she was looking on the internet for a while now, browsing through some ads. So, she asked me if I would be willing to check a car out for her. Since it's near to me, and she thinks I know a thing or two. Reluctantly I agreed.

I almost had a heart attach when I opened the ad. Here are a couple of pictures.












I've seen this car around a couple of time, and as far as I could tell it's just as clean in real life as it is on the pictures. It's one of just 20sonething EE9's left on the dutch roads.

I can see myself inheriting that beauty if she takes good care of it.
Let's hope I can push her into buying it. I'm so proud of my mommy right now!

so...because it has ugly wheels, and a double exhaust, an -original- low mileage , rust free, clean EE9 (wich in itself is rare to begin with) is now a riced out POS.

the only thing that looks horrible is the exhaust otherwise it looks good, that interior is to envy

My mom driving a 160hp B16 shopping kart. Almost makes me giddy.
It has some ricer crap under the hood. Tenzo valve cover, blue accents. I'll probably trade that all off for OEM parts, paint the cold air intake flat black, give the bay a thorough steam cleaning and call it a day.

Yes, it is a rarity. Especially in this condition. (Say Hi to Mike and Marjolein for me)

It's selling for around 4 grand.

Good find.. I rememebr talking to my mom when I first got my crx and she was telling me how she almost bought one in 88... To be honsest I like the hood and the exhaust they look well done and are kinda subtle.

Damn i cant believe how clean those seats are. Ive only seen 2 pairs of EE/EF 9 seats that clean and the other pair is owned by an H-Ter.

BTW, is that hood style the new euro trend? I seem to be seeing it all over on cars on the other side of the pond.

It's a matter of convincing her she "needs" it, and make her free up some cash.

 

Hood is gay. Double exhaust is gay. Other than that, the car is absolutely clean and amazing. ****** that **** up!
