Well think.....does putting WD40 on your tire seem like a good idea? While your at it, why not grease your brake pads.

If you want more traction, don't soak your tires with WD-40. Soak them with coolant.

All i know is you soak your tire in oil then catch it on fire and ride with flaming tires, the best traction for 2 miles

I don't believe that for one second. Bleach is incredibly slippery. It might have been used to help do burn out to warm up the tires, that's all I can think of.

I've seen bleach used at a burnout contest, also heard that it can help with snow traction. But I personally don't put anything on my tires, not even tire shine

funny thread.

there are products applied to tires to soften them and increase traction.

http://mrracefuel.com/Tire%20Prep.htm

is wd-40 one of them? I doubt it, but you never know. Bleach was outlawed years ago at sanctioned drag events. I think they slippery part was what they were after.. anti traction- big billowy burnouts without going anywere.
