why not save it until you can rebuild your motor or replace whatever is broken.

what current mods do you have??? if completely stock, get no name intake, and get a megan header, then use the few extra $$ to get some suspension!

the Y8 would be a great set-up. Stay with a single. parts are way cheaper

For a d-series, thats a lot when you look in the right place(used stuff though).

For me:
$200-D15B VTEC, P28 ecu, ebay 4-2-1 header, intake
$70-DOHC ZC transmission
$35- CRX Si countershaft, EG Civic EX differential
$70- "crower 3" camshaft(that's what I was told, but not sure, it's definitely more aggressive though)
$20- adjustable 6-bolt cam gear
$60- MSD cap, coil, wires, and rotor
$30- clutch disc(new)

^you could probably have a complete longblock and p28 ecu for 5bills but no way you going to have a full swap for that price.

It's possible, trust me. If I can find a deal, anyone else can too. You just have to keep searching and be patient. There are plenty of people who just want stuff gone(especially guys going from stock D to B-series).

"55 shot from a zex dry kit and an intake I guess" Blow the bitch up then rebuild, or save for a b-series

$70 for DOHC ZC tranny isn't going to happen again

wow, you guys are super skeptical.

There's a DOHC ZC transmission for sale in the hondaswap.com classifieds RIGHT NOW for $65 with the halfshaft(I got mine without it).

I don't think it's an actual Crower(I was told it was a Crower, but it's definitely more aggressive than the stock D15B/D16Z6 cam), but I got it off of a user from D-series.org

Put $500 in the bank. Find a stock motor and put back in until you have money to actually do something worth spending your hard earned money on.
