I bascially taken off most of the bolt except the one that the few that connects to the cat. converter. Now, should I take those off and slide the header off from the top to bottomw????? I try taking it apart from the middle of the header, but the bolts are stuck/rusted, not even wd-40 plus I don't have somethat that long to reach it, while underneath the car.

So my question is, after taking off all the bolts, should I take off by pulling it down and out? Or do I need to seperate the headers (mid peace) before taking out?

 

there are a couple of bolts that bolt the header to the engine with brackets, just take those off...use Liquid Wrench if WD40 doesn't work. mine came off all in once piece, no point in splitting it up

 

just use a breaker bar to take them off.

 

when i took mine out i just undid the bolts to the cat and the engine and slid it out the bottom in one piece

 

I've used an impact wrench
