i asked about this before, but was told its normal. still doesnt seem like it to me.

when i push in the pedal, car makes a noise. cant really explain it, what i said before was that it sounds like fluid being pumped. obviously, the system is pumping fluid, i know that. but it just seems LOUD. also, my car makes a slight whiney noise, like a SC, with the pedal pushed in and i rev it up a little. when i rev it up with clutch out, no noise.

what can it be? system is bled and full. thanks guys

I changed out a throw out bearing on this chicks Civic SI with 60K miles, it was making the same noise you described. The dealer said it was the throw out bearing, and it would cost $700 to fix. I told her to leave it alone but she was paranoid and insisted. Well I did it for $350 and 4 hours later problem fixed, but wait a week later the mystery whining noise came back!!! ?????????????? Hope that helps a little

Are you sure you installed it correctly?
