Locks not working

Locks not working
It's gotten cold here in Chicago the last couple of days and my locks aren't unlocking with my remote (OEM alarm).
Any ideas on what I can do to get them to work? The key won't turn them either. The trunk lock does work so it's somewhat of a PITA to climb through the trunk to open the doors......
