Default My 2006 Civic Engine Swap at work..

I'm a current Tech at Honda of Spartanburg.

I'm just making this for my friends or fellow HT members to see what i do! enjoy!!

Please keep on negitive comments to yourself..

This Engine is already reassembled as of Today and installed but not running yet I have to install the axles and sub frame and add all the fluids and I'm done. 11-30-06 I started on this thing on 11-29-06 and I was doing other stuff also so I can make some money instead of being STUCK ON ONE car...

Thanks For Looking

This is what I've been doing at work guys... for the past 2days looks like HONDA f'd up on some of the 06 civic hair line crack in the block from the manufacture... oh well...

OLD ENGINE BLOCK!!!! AND SOME HEAD PICTURES!!!!

I LIKE THIS PICTURE!! lol ::: whats your Honda Power'd by :::

Must be the part of the block that cracks and slowly seeps coolant out. Replaced a few engines at our dealer for the same problem.

Just a casting flaw. If it has it, you'll find it before the warranty runs out. I've seen two personally.

every car has bugs on them... well a few cars...

i mean no problem HONDA HAS A GREAT WARRANTY on their new cars... even if they find a bug after warranty has ended they will cover it, if it has to do with their manufacture.. like for ex. 98 prelude has an update on it... due to ignition switch failure... 03 accord hybrid update also for the battery and other stuff... all these cars are out of warranty but honda takes care of it if its their fault... so dont be scared to buy a honda.. their ***'n great cars!!
