Default Daily Driven B16 Turbo

I searched but couldnt find anything to answer my question. I was wondering would a B16 turbo on all stock internals running between 6 and 8 PSI, tuned on Hondata with slim fan 2 row radiator, and 550cc injectors be dependable? Its a Turbonetics t3 tubo with front mount intercooler. Also about how much whp would this setup make? Feel free to make suggestions on how to make it dependable, because this is going to be my daily driver. Thanks in advance for the help.

As long as that hondata is tuned and you run good gas all the time you should be okay for a long time. Personally I wouldn't go over 7psi. as for hp, i would say around 200-220whp.

Yea I was thinking about leaving it a 7 PSI. I run 91 octane all the time anyway. Thanks for the input. Keep it coming.

Usual rule of thumb is as follows.

300-350 stock internals w/supporting mods

350-500 rods/pistons

500 and above the works...

Yea Im just going to use stock internals for the time being, and down the road Im going to start builing the motor. I have heard of people making like 260-270whp on stock b16's. Im not sure how true this is, but I guess like everone has been saying it's all in the tune. Thanks for the info. Keep it coming.

u can make 260-270 on a stock motor, but thats at like 10+ pounds, tq will be around 180 ,190, since stock b16s dont make that much tq to begin with
