i have a 99 civic ex, and i wanna get the si lip. i have been checking ebay but there are only ctr lips. they look similar, but are they the same? also has anyone ordered one? the lip only comes in black, and i have a black civic, think its flemenco peral black. thanks

 

The authentic Si lip and CTR lip for 99-00 are the same. The knockoffs are a bit more "toothy".

the ones your looking at are the knock off ctr lips. Those dont look as clean as the oem si/ctr lip. The knock offs sit a little bit farther/longer than the oem si/ctr lip. I myself have the oem si lip in FBP...you can usually find a used oem si lip in the hondamarketplace or if not then you can order a brand new one in FBP from honda for, $230-260 depending on the dealers site...so check around for prices...i bought my used FBP oem si lip for $130 in mint condition...last advice...dont get the knock off ctr lip...it just doesn't look as clean as the oem...

you can get an OEM one for a very affordable price. go that route.
