that's the Sir-t and it looks like it just has a lip on it...that's the stock bumper i believe....nice lookin huh...too bad it won't fit any american accord...and those vents on the hood look horrible...but oh well...more that america won't see...

it's the stock bumper on the acord SiR-T, a japan-only model that is completely different in design from US accords ( has an H22a in it too).

Accord Euro R have f20b, so did the older 3rd gen accords in jdm land.
so if this is correct, which model came with the h23a VTEC? i know it was in wagons right?

the H23 vtec is in the 6th gen sport wagon...forget model designation
