Default Instrument Panel issues

I have a 1995 Civic EX with 152,000 miles.

So today, I was driving along and my tach and speedo started going crazy and then both died. About a minute later my radio and the clock on the dash aslo died. The car still runs and the instrument panel lights are wroking, as well as all other lights on the car. does anyone have any idea on what this could be?

There is a brand new battery and the alternator was tested and putting out 13.9 volts. My fuses for the radio look good, I just got back ho,e so I am going to check out all the remaining fuses.

Also of note, My tach and speedo started acting and fluctuating up when I was signaling to change lanes or using the mist feature of the wipers. after that is when they died. If i shut the car off and turn it back on the insruments and radio work again for a couple minutes then shut off again.

Ok I have removed my headunit from the car and checked all fuses and they are fine. The connector on the fuse panel for the dash harness is also secured. The wipers were operating slowly as wekll as the windows. I checked and the wires for the alternator are on there securely adn teh indicator for a charging system failure is not lit up.

Any other things i should check?

for the tach, i would normally say the VSS, but as you said it affected other things i'd trace you grounds being as it comes and goes. you said it started with the turn signal, i'd check there first

I just finsihed checking that, the car ran fine no issues for about 10 minutes and i tried the wipers and the problem came back. i shut off teh car and this time it wouldnt start, i noticed the LED for the P.O.S. keyless entry that came on the car was solid, it had never done that before. i have pulled it out and it connects to a reply that i am having a hard time trying to find in my helms manual.
