Default power steering pump switch

i recently bought a partially finished h22 into 96 ek swap. right now ive pulled the wiring harness and am going through it making sure all the wires are going to the right place and everything is there. ive noticed that i dont have anything going to the power steering pump switch pin on the ecu. apparently its supposed to go on the power steering line somewhere. ive looked and all i can figure is that theres supposed to be something in the end of this aluminum thing.

can anyone confirm/deny or shed any light on this?
thanks in advance!

i checked my brothers eg, and it doesn't have that little aluminum thing on it. anybody know what this is and more specifically if it is where the power steering pump switch is supposed to be?

i just removed the p/s from my 94 civic ex coupe it has a pressure switch on the pressure line near the rack; its the big line coming off the pump. this pressure switch is sorta like a voltage regulator when it senses pressure from the rack it ups the revs to keep the alternator at a safe output, its normally a closed circuit and opens on pressure. I just jumped the plug so the IACV doesn't have to do anymore work than it has to.

that aluminum block in the picture is in the main line coming from the power steering pump going to the rack. i dont know where else the switch could go, but i want to verify before i order up the switch. can any ek guys verify this?
