i don't think that my brakes themselves are squeaking, but something that has to do with them is

Problem 1) annoying squeaking/rubbing sound from right side, only when moving, rotational (faster at high speeds) but only noticeable at low speed like when coming to a stop

Fix attempt 1) replaced both rotors and pads

Problem 2) still makes that sound

any ideas?

 

could possibly be wheel bearing related....when you compressed the piston on the caliper did you have any problems? another possibility is that your caliper is seizing slightly

 

how would i go about fixing the caliper problem?

dust plate? i dunno~

 

dust plate wont really give you a squealing, rather a loud grinding when you turn the wheel

 

bump
