windshield washer "switch" not working, pls help...
just moved to denver, colorado (from NW Arkansas) and am in the midst of my first snowstorm in years. that said, i am in need of help with a instrument problem. thanks in advance.
my car = 1995 Accord EX: 2.2L(2156cc), F22B1, MPFI, SOHC 16-valve
my windshield washer "switch" -- located on "control stick" protruding from the right side of the steering column -- has gone limp. this "control stick" is similar to the one on the left side of the steering column used to operate the turn signals. the righthand "control stick" has 3 functions: a) twist clockwise & counterclockwise to operate the windshield wipers @ OFF, INT, LO, HI b) press the stick downward to initiate a single swipe of the windshield wipers and c) pull the stick towards the driver to engage the washer fluid sprayheads on the hood.
"c" is where my problem lies. the righthand control stick used to have some tension when i would pull it towards me, but not long ago the stick went slack. and thus, i cannot wash my windshield. this is especially problematic as the snow and ice build up...i cannot clear my windshield and cannot see.
any advice/guidance you can offer to help me resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. thanks again.

You'll need to replace the switch assy. The little **** on the end of the stalk has broken loose.
So you escaped From NW Arkysaws huh? I'm hoping to move away from this *** backwards place the first of the year.
