Distributor Problems.....engine:d15b vtec
Hi, im Joe, new to the forums but not to the site...
my problem:
i have a 96 civic 4door dx i swapped in a obd1 d15b vtec in because of a blown engine...(i still need a p28 ecu and vtec seliniod and conversion harness but thats not the problem) i got an obd1 distributor and wired it up according to the wiring diagram for the distributor...but for some reason there is no juice...it ran before with a rigged-up obd2 distributor... does this mean i need a new distributor? if so, whats a better bet? OBD1 or OBD2 distributor? should i just drill custom holes for the OBD2 distributor to fit? thanks in advance

Do this because you fucked up your wiring. Put it back to where it was before you touch it, gut the internals of the dist and swap them over.
