Default Weird gas comsumption...?

Hi guys/gal, I have a 94 Gs-R and I always use Shell V-Power, but last week my bro drove it and put AMPM premiun in it. I notice that AMPM's gas gave me more mileage, like 75+ more... I'm testing it out again with exact mileage per fill with both gasoline.... weird? You guys have any suggestions? Right now I'm only getting 319 miles before light comes on, on Shell, and now with AMPM's, I'm at 332 miles and still have a lil juice left...

The guage is not a reliable indicator. The only hard way to determine fuel mileage is by measuring gallons used against miles driven. Even at that, I have found mine to vary on alternate fill ups. Every other one is higher, the ones in between are lower. Same station, same fill method.

I WISH I got 300+ miles per fill.

I only get around 220 on my 97 GSR. :\

Well it's both highway and regular driving, but mostly highway. I drive same distance on both... only to work and skewl, same route same everything... I even gas harder on the AMPM gas... I think maybe my needle is messed up? Or maybe I got jipped Shell fumes! lol...

*Also doing a full tune-up on her... help this help in some way...
