h22a long block, missing timing belt and water pump.
here is the story with this engine:
When I was in boise I had my oil changed and on my way back the drain plug fell out on the freeway. I shut the car off probably within 2 seconds of the oil light coming on and coasted to the side of the road. Towed the car home and put oil in it. The car started and drove fine, engine still strong as ever. I didnt want to take any chances because I drive this car long distances by myself so it had to be reliable. I put in a new motor and put this motor in the garage. I had the honda dealer put in new seals on both timing belt and transmission sides of the motor. It has probably 60-70k miles. I dont know if the engine was damaged when the plug fell out but I dont want to sell a motor to someone and have it go bad on them. I'm pretty sure you could put the timing stuff back on it and it would drive fine for a while but no guarentees. This is perfect for someone wanting to build up a fast motor.

parts f22a for $100 head is sold but block is still there. one bearing is bad and 3 of the pistons are walking.
