Default After market stereos and side controls

So my question is if you are able to keep the stereo controls on the side of the steering wheel when swaping out the factory stereo?

Yes, there are a couple companies that make adapters so the side controls still work. the marketplace at s2ki i know sells one brand.

the stock s2k radio sucks. its weak and has crappy sound. the stock speakers suck too.

to get your radio controls to work with your aftermarket deck you need this :

after getting Alpine 9857 with stock speakers i noticed a fairly big change it mid to lows and some highs i guess. first get a new HU and then see if you want to go from there.

after you get your s2k, youll undestand that the stock unit blows.

I had the Modifry unit. Easy install and worked great.

The reason why I got my AM HU is because the stock won't play MP3's.
