So you're posting a "WTB" thread in the wrong place and you aren't even smart enough to title it something that relates to your question?

By, "I am just learning this thing," do you mean basic communication?

Uhh

Obviously

AT OP:
Yeah I'm w/ Arch on that one, "I am just learning this thing" doesn't explain why you're posting a want to buy (WTB) ad in the 92-00 tech forum.

Although at least it's not the wheels forum or something, at least you got the year right.

So because you got that part I'ma help u out.
Want to buy forum
For Sale forum

Post in the want to buy (or "WTB") forum with a topic titled like "WTB: '00 Si Wheel & Exhaust" or something to that effect, and for the topic put in something along the lines of "I'm looking to buy a '00 Si wheel and exhaust fora decent price (although not too many people sell just ONE wheel, usually go as sets) - So float on over to the "For sale" forum and browse through the listings....look for a totalled Si or something where u can grab the wheel off...look for that exhaust.

Welp, that's that, gl, hope you get what you need

EDIT:
PS: B16 is short for B16a2 which is your engine code, which means absolutely NOTHING in the parts that you're buying. Saying a '00 Si would be more appropriate not to mention get you more pple to look.
