i recently purchased a vafc for my 2000 civic si and i was wondering if i was running 7 psi on a basically stock b16 what would be some recomended settings for the vafc? if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated...

There are no "recommended settings" for tuning a turbo setup. Take it to a dyno with a wideband O2, and tune it properly.
