Default door pannels

ok this is a really stupid question. Im trying to change my front speakers but i dont know how to get to them. I tried taking out the speaker cover but it wouldnt come off so im guessing you have to take off the entire door pannel. I just dont want to brake anything. any help? thanks

Oh yea i forgot, i have a 97 sedan

its really easy there are two screws you remove on is in that pocket that you grab to close. The door the other isin the middle of the door handle. After you remove the screw from the door handle slide the whole handle assembly forward and you should be able to pull it out.Don't forget to unplug the window switch, the door lock switch and the little light at the bottom of the door panel. There is also a trim piece on the back side of the side view mirror. What I do is gently pull it from the highest point on the left. Now all thats left to do is put a wide screwdrive underneath the door panel and the clips should pop up. One you have enough room to get your hand in there just pull back on the panel some more and the remaining clips will pop off.Pull the door panel over the lock **** and thats it..

Cool thanks alot. If i tried this myself i would probably end up breaking something.

So i have to take off the entire pannel to get to the speakers? Or can i just take off the speaker cover?
