Does anyone know if Knight Engineering is still in business? I need to order a replacement for my upper portion because I just found out I can't pass SMOG in CA the way mine is installed. I don't have the hosing running from the crank case to the intake pipe, I just have a breather filter...

I went to http://www.icemanmotorsports.com/

and saw that they have replacement parts, but I don't know what all I need, or even if Knight is still in business... I've had trouble getting responses from them in the past... anyone know what I need or where I can get it?

id like to get the iceman headlight intake...

 

Put stock intake back on and smog, reinstall your cai at after you pass.

 

or tap the intake with a 1/8" or 1/4" npt tap and buy a barb fitting for it. i like iceman intakes.

 

The guy at the place told me I'm not allowed to do that... I argued with him and showed him the EO from the DMV but he had none of it... but no one knows if the Knight Engineering site works?

I think it'd be cheaper than having my parents ship me my stock stuff, but maybe not... ugh what a hassle.

Anybody else got inputs?

ive called knight engineering too but the phone number is not in service. i lost my carb sticker for my intake.

the iceman intake retailed at like $200, so im sure getting stock stuff shipped to you would be much cheaper.

I think that he was calling 1998_4dr_gsr a geek by referring to the actual game character not the movie *****....

 

My Iceman had that barbed fitting for the valve cover hose. You can pick up a barbed fitting at home depot and some hose to fix it. I assume you had the carb sticker still?
