Default Sway bar end-link hole?

I have GSR rear LCAs, and there is a tab where the end-links were, and due to the previous owner incorrectly trying to drill them out, they are all blocked up. To the side of that tab though, there is a hole in the main body of the LCA; which sway bars use this hole for the end-links? I don't want to have to get new LCAs. Also, how come other aftermarket LCAs don't have this tab?

that other hole is not for the sway bar.

its for mounting the abs line that gsr's have.

So am I going to need to drill out that hole in the tab on the LCA, or does the bolt not need to go all the way through.

just drill it out. how bad is it??

what makes this easy is that you can get to the bolt through the other side so you dont need to fight with an easy out. just flip it and drill away.
