Internal complete head and block. NO IM, EM, or TB. Just longblock. I will part out.

Bought it for a build as it sits, but plans changed. Couldn't tell you hp and torque as it in stock form. With intake, header, exhaust and a k-pro tune, many have made between 230 and 250whp and 185+ wtq easy. Got this info from http://www.k20a.org.
