i didnt like the dark charcoal color on my wheels so i decided to paint them, i sanded them down primed them sprayed them with duplicolor wheel paint and i clear coated them with duplicolor high performance clear coat, my question is this, i put a good 5 coats of clear coat on them after i was done painting and they are nowhere near how shiney they were before i started, any suggestions? maybe a different brand of clear that someone knows is shinier?

You shouldnt really need 5 coats of clear ... my only reccomendations would be to either try a different brand of clear coat or do some wetsanding/buffing to shine them up a litlle. got any pics?
