dont just boost a car if you know nothing about it....which is apparent (headers do not go with turbos)
check the forced induction forum and read as much as you can (dont just ask them this same question because you'll get kicked out)

Just based on your question I'm going to tell you right now to go out of this forum and read up on what a turbo is....how your engine works...**** like that. Because you know nothing.
I'll try to give you a brief overview:
How much power you have is all variant on how much money you have. There's honda civics at NOPI that run 8 seconds w/ 1200fwhp....they also cost 50 grand. Different lbs of boost will give your car more power. A turbo could be adjusted to give you more or less boost. If you go over a certain amount of boost you have to start reinforcing the engine internals (such as the piston rods, pistons, valve train, etc.) or you'll throw a rod (expletive up your engine). With the Y8 motor a known safe level is 200whp. You don't have 127whp, you have 127hp at the flywheel. At the wheels you probably have about 95-105. So you can get that up to say 200hp at the wheels and can keep stock internals, after that you're gonna need reinforcement or your engine will not hold together.
Seriously, by the way you're asking your question I SERIOUSLY recommend that you read....a lot. Learn what you're talking about, then you'll know why the question you asked is complete bullshit. It's all variant, budget, type of turbo, if you wanna run stock internals, power goals, emissions standards. The list just goes on and on - it's ALL variable based on what you want.
You can't just say "how much will a turbo give me" - this isn't need for speed.
Read at http://www.turboD16.com and http://www.d-series.org.
You'll learn a lot there. Also check out the forced induction forum here and just read..
You have a lot to catch up....
But first you need to run over to like....howstuffworks.com and learn how your engine works, because you wouldn't even be asking that if you knew...so obviously you don't....learn, read, then you won't ask questions like this. And I'm not saying your question is stupid, but anybody that knew anything about engines and how they correlate with turbo KITS would realize how this question is impossible to answer (and they wouldn't ask it).
Read...for like a year or two (and no I'm not being an *******, you have a lot of catching up to do).
If not, go to a local performance shop and see what kinda pricing they can give you. They'll probably recommend you buy a new turbo kit for like 1500-2500...and if that's what you want, do it. If it's a reputable shop it won't fall apart or throw a rod...but you'll pay out your *** for it.
Read, read, read, and....read.
