Default Oil port at pressure switch turbo safe?

I've done some research and it seems that the oil port at the pressure sending unit is the perfect place to tap for the turbo oil feed but is it really? Is there filtered oil at this port? In other words is this port before or after the filter. I want to know because I would like filtered oil going to the turbo. It is also said that oil pressure at the Vtec solenoid port (filtered oil) fluctuates with vtec which isn't good for the turbo seals either. Anyone know for sure?

If you tap into the oil feed for vtec, of course the pressure is going to go down when vtec hits....

If you're that worried, run the GE oil filter sandwich then use the ports for the oil feed. It's filtered from there.
