Default Sumitumo tire choice help

I'm looking at putting some Sumitumo tires on my stock si wheels, looking at either the HTR 200's which are high perfrmance summer tires at 19lbs($37) vs the HTR H4's which are high perf. all season tires at 16 lbs ($45). I've narrowed it to these two b/c of price and availability(i live near a tirerack.com warehouse) and i've seen the 200's and they are nice.

I see you live in Louisiana, so there's no need to worry about snow or ice the way someone in New Hampshire would.

I've got the HTR200's for my daily driving tires on HX wheels. While they are by no means a competition tire, they are excellent for scooting around on the streets and the occasional spirited on-ramp. And at $37, its just a steal.

The HTR200s are rated for up to 51psi, and mine seem to be happiest at 40psi all around...keeping them at lower psi's will make the sidewalls seem too soft.
