ok i have 2 paint chips on my FG2. i have no idea how it got there but..... i want it gone ; i heard something about paint chip stickers where you can "order" them and just slap them over your chip. and i have the figi blue so..... if anyone has a website or information about this please let me know. thx

and you can put whatever you want over a chip.

Touch-up paint anyone?

 

Yes touch up paint will be best to do for the chips. Ived had a couple chips on my hood after i did the touch u cant even tell they are there.

 

I used touch up paint on some of mine, and noticed the other day when i was waxing, that the touch up paint chipped off in the same places I used it to cover up..... wth?

as far as i know there are no paint chip stickers, i have no idea how that would even look good?

Maybe you're referring to the clear bra that covers the front of the car...costs around $500 to get that done...

 

i use this stuff called langka and it works great. it works better on body panel than bumpers cause the paint is thicker. what is does is remove any extra touch up paint you get on and around the area that you touch up. like if you have a chip you just keep filling the chip up with your touch up paint you got from the dealer. then you would rub that langka stuff on and it will even it out. there is a video on the site.
