Know I might be looking a little far ahead of myself, but then again im curious. After my auto to 5spd swap i am going to do a turbo setup. I wanna rebuild the engine with turbo internals so I can have a turbo setup; however what would be the best company and parts to get the best performance with little money out of pocket?

There's none. You pay more for better parts. You want parts that aren't going to snap on ya, then you need to pay. Most common is eagle rods, could probably get away with OEM bearings depending on how much boost ur looking to run. Crower, zex, or skunk2 valvetrain/springs/etc. Camshaft is up to you, zex or skunk2 I'd say.
And might wanna stud the engine...ARP's of course...

z6 interanls are good for UNDER 240 on boost.
go to turbod16.com and read read read. They even have a nooby sections. There are a ton of people there with 250-450 hp setups on Vitara pistons and Tuner Toy rods. They even compare them.

As in my sig, its usually the pistons that crap out. Unless you spend the $300+ to tune it on a dyno, I wouldn't go over 200whp. Most stock d16z6's are beat heavily, since people never think they could ever make power. Even if you do get an expert tune, its still a timebomb over 200whp.
Cheap items for safe low boost would be Tuner Toyz rods, Vitara pistons (the member FJT or on ebay), and OEM Honda bearings. The most important thing to do is make sure your bearing clearances are within spec. I'd also recommend spending $50 to have your crank micropolished.
I wanted real forged pistons and rods I know can take power. My build consists of eagle rods, Wiseco pistons (rods and pistons actually arrived balanced w/in 0.5 gram), ACL bearings (some oem mixed in if clearances are wrong), balanced/micropolished crank, bored to 75.5mm, posted block, stock head, and HMT turbo kit. It should be assembled by next weekend, as I had an issue with the clutch guy holding me up THREE WEEKS.
