i have a 93 civic ex coupe (AUTO ) tranny with about 140k on it. on friday i was stopped at a red light and when it turned green it would just redline when i pushed the gas. it was in gear at the time. lucky i was just 2 streets away from my house so i pushed it. it wont engauged in any gear, and this mornign when i tried it again it went into gear buy made a loud winidnig noise. i checked the tranny fluid while the car was off and while it was on and the fliud level is not the prob. any suggestions at all. could it be the plate or do i need a new transmission? i did a search on nothing that can help me came up at all. hope you guys can help me out thanks
