Default No clutch tension after swap on 89 CRX?

My cousin and I installed a D16Y7 into his 89 CRX SI. We used a D16Y7 clutch, and pressure plate along with the 89 si tranny. We had to use the throw out bearing from the 89. We're having a problem with a lack of pressure on the arm of the shift arm. When we installed the engine and hooked up the clutch cable there was almost no pressure. The pedal just goes to the floor. I adjusted the cable to full tight and it does nothing. I'm thinking that I installed the throw out bearing spring clip thing wrong maybe? Or maybe the fork that pivots the bearing out toward the pressure plate? I have a factory manual, which didn't seem to show any thing that we did wrong. Does anyone have any advice or pictures that might help? Thanks in advance!

That's great man, I can see now that we did put that spring in wrong. How much tension is on the shift arm? How far from the bottom can you move it up?

This spring you should head up here and we'll do some fishing.

Nope. From the CRX Resourse maybe, or norcalcrx? I used to put on CRXPO down in Nor Cal for a few years.
