Default zex 59300 for non vtec???

i hear that swapping a cam is a somewhat of an easy task and quit useful. i will be boosted probably around the summer.

i just got finished swapping a y8 IM on my y7 motor. but im looking at these cams from zex and skunk2 and they all say that they are made for vtec. dont ask me why but i kind of want to keep my non-vtec(im speacial ) so if i buy a cam that says it is made for vtec, will it work? by work i mean will my car run fine and have noticable(obiously little) hp gains??? thanks in advanced.

No, it wont work. Look on D-Series.org, there are some companies that make non-vtec cams.

Or, check out deltacams.com. They do custom regrinds for $95 per cam (so for you, it's just $95). They have a bunch of different grinds for almost every motor imaginable already in their computer, so they can tell you which grind would meet your needs. They do great quality work
