That's something that you need to decide on your own. It depends on what your power goals are.

It really depends on the setup and budget. There are so many options with NA and FI. Im guessing your going to stick with your B series. If so then anything over 240whp I would go FI.

Not necessarily. There are quite a few guys in the RR/Auto-X forum that are turbo'd and do quite well. It all depends on the setup.

FI = Forced Induction, a.k.a. Boost, Turbo, ect.

Not exactly sure what your asking. Are you trying to ask what can be done to increase whp through NA?

There is tons of info on this site which can be acquired through searching, but don't forget to include archived content when searching.

It depends on your budget and goals for the car. Don't spend money on crap that your going to regret later and having to spend more money to change out later. Also if you end up going FI/turbo then quite a few of your NA parts will become useless.
You have to figure out what you want to do with the car first.
Edit - Also, a good place to start is with making sure your car is up to date with all maintenance and is in good running order. Then you can work on your brakes, suspension and tires, which will be beneficial no matter what route you take.
