e-brake question

Default e-brake question

my friend has an 89 si, and he was wondering if theres a way to tighten his e-brake, its kinda loose and he just wants it more sensitive. is there any way someone could get me pics of how to make it more sensitive? thanks

Go really fast in reverse, then slam on the brakes hahaha. Surprisingly it works, but goes back to being bad after some normal usage. If you remove your center console, at the back of the e-brake lever you'll see where the cables connect to a tightening bolt. Its like a 12 or 14 mm. Ive always just tightened or loosened that as needed. Im not 100% on this but tahts what ive always done it seems to work alright. Theres probably more ways but i don't know. hope that helps.
