Default question for conversion of auto to stick

ok im askin this for a buddy of mine.. and i didnt kno so might as well ask the pros lol.. anyway.. hes thinkin bout gettin a 94 LS coupe AUTO....would it be possible to convert it to a manual.. hes wants to kno cause he can get the car for pretty cheap and he woulnd mind just swapin all the parts cause its got a clean body.. well let me kno what kind of parts and set ups i need.. thankss!

It is possible and has been done plenty of times.

As far as parts list just search it has been covered plenty of times.

It has been done before.

Im currently buyingthe parts to conver my auto 94 ls too.

I found all the parts here

I hope that's actually the complete list.

Maybe someone that has done it succesfully can tell ou what parts are missing from that list.

If you're doing it yourself thoug, beware, its a hell of alot of work.

how hard is it to convert
a DA from auto? Someone said that it
wasnt that easy...?

Im hoping that the 90 GS wont be that hard to swap, but I do have all winter to get it done if I cant find good info on using my auto for med duty 1/8th mile strip work.
